Cancellation conditions & Personal Data Protection

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

All cancellations (registration & accommodation) need to be sent in writing (e-mail, fax or post) to Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
Cancellations before 1 April, 2024 – full refund. Administrative fee of 30,00 € will aplpy.
Cancellations from 12 April till 11 July 2024 – a refund of 50%  to all paid fees.
Cancellations after 12 July, 2024 –  after this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
Name changes will be charged a fee of 30,00 €  per registration.
Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the Registration Department. For the reissuing of invoices 20,00 €  will be charged.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Payment should be done in advance, on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
• Bank transfer  - bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o.
  Name of the Event, participant's full name and the Reference number 0007-003-2024 should be included with the payment.

• Credit card offline: Diners, Visa, MasterCard  
  For the credit card offline payment, please download the authorization form, which, after filled in, should be send by mail or fax to the technical organizer Spektar putovanja.
• Credit card online: Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
  For the credit card online payment you will be redirected to the protected and secured (encrypted) T-com PayWay web page, to finalise your payment.

  Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
