E-POSTERS, ORAL PRESENTATIONS OF SELECTED POSTERS AND ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Posters
The poster presentation will be held with a poster presentation in e-form (e-poster). The use of large screens ("touch-screens") will enable the presentation of e-posters and replace traditional paper posters. Moreover, with this technological breakthrough, e-posters will be available to all participants during the congress.
E-posters guidelines
- each e-poster needs to be send to following e-mail address: e-posteri@arktotech.hr, by
Sunday, 1st September, 2024.
- each e-poster needs to be emailed to listed mail address by submitter
- any potential conflicts of interest should be clearly declared on the poster.
Saving an e-poster in to .jpg / png. form
- e-poster dimensions must be 1920x1080 pixels (portrait format)
- please do not use fonts smaller than 10pt
- file size must be less than 20 MB
Saving an e-poster created in PowerPoint (Save as .jpg / .png)
- the e-poster must contain ONLY ONE slide on which the entire content of the poster is shown
- please do not use fonts smaller than 10pt
- file size must be less than 20 MB
- only one e-poster per abstract is allowed, e-posters may not contain audio / video recordings or
moving images
ORAL PRESENTATIONS OF SELECTED POSTERS- Saturday, 14 September, 2024. / 08:30-10:00
If you have been invited to present your results orally, this is in addition to displaying your e-poster.
Each presentation is for 10 minutes, with 2 minutes for questions. You are allowed a maximum of 10 slides including the title slide.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations are for 8 minutes, with an additional 2 minutes for questions and discussion. Please format slides in widescreen 16:9 using the PowerPoint on screen page set-up function. Slides formatted at 4:3 can be shown, but there will be some blank screen to the sides of the slide. Please make slides easily readable with large text and do not put too much information onto each slide. Please upload slides in the Speaker preparation desk on the day of presentation. Please check carefully that all videos run correctly and ensure that you have uploaded all the necessary files. Any potential conflicts of interest must be declared on a slide immediately after the title slide.
SPEAKERS PREPARATION DESK
Speakers Preparation Desk will be located next to the main congress hall (Grand Ballroom).
All speakers are requested to come to the Speaker Preparation Desk at least 1,5 hours in advance of their presentations to verify if the data functions properly on the equipment provided.
All presentations will be loaded onto a server (at the Speaker Preparation Desk) and distributed to an appropriate session room at an appropriate time via a LAN.
All speakers are kindly requested to declare if they have / do not havethe potential conflict od interest at the beginning of their presentations.
The authors are personally and professionally responsible for the contents and the attitude expressed in their presentations.

We invite all the authors to submit their abstracts for oral or poster presentation not later than July 21, 2024
Abstracts should be submitted at the congress official web site.
